Coval Displays “NO HASSLE" return policy on un-opened items

We have a no hassle/no questions asked return policy for unopened items. We do not require authorization for returned merchandise. This means you will not have to hassle with acquiring a RMA number for a return from us. Additionally, we have NO restocking fees or any other hidden costs. If you receive your merchandise and decide that you would like to return it you may do so with any carrier, of your choice - NO QUESTIONS ASKED. Simply send a copy of your invoice along with the item number(s) that you do not want and the reason for the return and within 72 business hours of receipt we will issue credit for the purchase price of the merchandise less the freight.

We do NOT accept returns of opened merchandise; however, we will exchange or replace broken or missing parts by contacting us at support (at)

Freight carriers will not be picking up or delivering on the above listed holidays or the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve.

We ship our merchandise utilizing ground shippers that offer the best time in transit and lowest shipping zone charges for the zip code being delivered to.

If you place your order by 3:00 pm local time Monday through Friday, your order will ship the next business day. If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday, your order will ship on Monday. *This excludes holidays*. In the event that your order is placed and the next business day falls on a holiday, we will ship out the order on the next business day after the observed holiday. The majority of the orders that we ship ground service are received within 2-5 business days.

We accept all major credit cards: Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover.

We do not have a minimum order requirement to purchase our merchandise. We will ship any order any size.
